NY Times Wine Club Review

We may earn money or products (at no cost to you) from the companies mentioned in this post. However, we do not let any merchant influence our ratings - even though they might like to. ;-) Some of our top rated merchants we have no relationship with, other than we like their products! We do however appreciate you using our links when possible, because it allows us to keep the lights on and bring you more great reviews!

Who is This Wine Club Best Suited For?

This wine club will probably not work for those who are new to wine drinking or wine clubs. Because they only offer two membership options at a higher price point than the competition, this club is best for those who are committed to fine wines and ready to taste something unique.

What We Like and What We Don't Like

NY Times Wine Club makes it clear that they are there to please their savvy readers who are also wine connoisseurs. But, that means they alienate those new to wine club memberships. That being said, they offer two, simple wine club memberships that are easy to figure out. Their no-fuss approach makes it easy for wine club members to receive their shipments and not have to worry about maintaining their account.

While there are no contracts, members can opt for a contract-style commitment by signing up for 4, 8 and 12 shipments in their contract.
